R rating video thing? - parental video free

I really do not know how to explain it, but I'll try my best.

Well, I am creating a DVD from my friend for a birthday as a joke at the beginning of the film and wants to R18 + thing, as a symbol, but not the video.
They do not believe will be displayed in a photo shown saying, R18 + and also in the next film is Rated R parental guidance is recommended for persons under 18 years.

Does anyone not know where I am using the free video download thank you:)
