My dogs stomach is making a constant noise? - why does my stomachs make noises when i lay down

My dogs stomach makes loud noises. Almost like when you're hungry, or upset stomach. Has the whole morning. He stops when it is set, but when I touch it happens again. Perhaps it was something that one has eaten. It seems that bothers you. When I touch my stomach really does not phase at all. But it was by many. I do not know if it's serious or not. Should I worry about it, or am I be careful? Why do you think that happens?
