I would like to see a sample set of CC&Rs for a timeshare and Condo Hotel? How can I find a sample? - sample timeshare termination letter

I am a law student. I'm trying to understand how the timeshare developer (developer of the hotel or condo to be) distributed the operating costs of the timeshare (or developers) to the owner? What are the limits of cost, may happen to their owners?
